RestLesS. Emotional. Excited..... The List Goes On!

WoW. What a week already. Millie has been a little more fussy the past two days than normal. I want to say it is teething, but I guess we will see if some teeth break through soon. She is 9 months old and only has her 2 middle bottom teeth. When they came in, they came in together, and we had about two days of pain. Our Poor baby! She is always so happy, to see her sick makes me want to cry with her.
This week has been CRAZY, because it is a short week for the next football game against Auburn. JC and the team played so hard Saturday and then had to go back at it full tilt Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday! JC has been gone a lot the past three days, but I know it will be worth it when they win on Thursday. This game will be a season changer for our team.! I am so excited about the game I cannot stand it. JC is so sweet, the time at night he does get to spend with us is so SPECIAL. He cooked steaks for us last night and brought me a delicious dessert that Coach Hevesy's wife(JC's offensive line coach) made for the team for their WIN on Saturday. It is called the Big Nasty (or that is what the O-line calls it) ha Anyways it is AMAZING! =]
My family is coming back up on Thursday morning to go to the game with me and Millie! I haven't been able to sleep at night just thinking about how important this game is to JC and the bulldawg team.
Me and Millie are waiting on 6:30 to roll around so we can go eat with the JC and the team for their pregame meal that they usually have on Thursday's, but it is a couple of days early since the game is early! We enjoy this time with the team and JC. The team LOVES seeing Millie. They all pass her around; they love playing with her and making her laugh. Tomorrow night JC will have to stay at the hotel with the team and my grandparents may be coming to spend some time with me and Millie. We will go visit JC Wednesday night at the hotel and wish him luck for the game.
I am so ready for Thursday's big win and hopefully JC will get the weekend off to spend with his two SPECIAL LADIES! =]

Everyone watch ESPN on Thursday night at 630! Cheer hard for #70 & the Bulldawgs!!!!!

What A StarT..!!

What a way to start the Football Season.!!! The Dawg Walk was CRAZY.. There were so many people, tents, cowbells, and fans READY to cheer on the bulldawgs. Every time JC and the team walks through the dawg walk my heart starts racing, my palms get sweaty, and I feel like I might faint. =] Its just such an exciting RUSH. The players have huge smiles on their faces and looked like they were ready to put a hurting on Memphis. JC always stops in the dawg walk and kisses and hugs me, but now we have Millie. Of course, it was nap time for Millie when they walked through but to watch JC  bend down and kiss her on the head while she is just snoozing a way with no worry in the world and with thousands and thousands of COWBELLS ringing.
The game was awesome. The first play JC was in he killed the defensive player in front of him, and I heard a guy yell behind me " Thats what I'm talking about #70" What a GREAT feeling to hear JCs number being yelled by fans. =] I am such a proud wife and me and Millie are so blessed to have JC.
Yes, we are a part a lot with football but the time we do have together is PRICELESS.. JC makes sure me and Millie are his number one priority when he does have a day or an hour to spend with us. Its definitley a compromise and teamwork to make it all work, and it isn't always easy for me as a mother or wife, but I know in the long run it will all pay off and JC will be living his DREAM come next April.
The whole game I was on pins and needles because I was giving a specific place to sit at the game because they were going to interview me. Me and Millie got to go down on the field for the first time EVER to do an interview with the ESPNU girl. As we were on the field Millie got to pet Bully and we Made a huge play; our team made an interception and it was soo crazy and loud on the field: that moment was priceless and I will never forget it!
So we WON 49-7!! What a great way to start the season. JC told me it was going to be a GREAT year and I hope they can continue the streak with Auburn on Thursday!
After the game we came back home and we have a packed house with family, but we were all so tired from such a long day.. We ordered us a couple of pizzas and then everyone went there own ways to bed. My favorite part. =] JC and I got to spend some alone time together since I had not gotten to really talk to him since Friday morning!
He and the team are now getting ready for Auburn on Thursday and JC text me and told me that he graded out "Champion" for the first game. That text made my day. I responded "If you keep this up you will win the Rimington no doubt" He not only deserves the Rimington Award but he has worked his butt of for it. In my mind that Award is his no matter if he wins it in January or not!
Me and Millie will play today and eat some dinner and get ready for bed while we wait on da da to come home tonight! I am so proud of JC and the bulldawgs hardwork and I hope they make all of the BULLDAWG fans proud this year.

God is GREAT & I know he has an AMAZING road planned for me and my lil' family!

God Bless & Goo Dawgs

XOXO

Tomorrow May Start A New Beginning

As I sit on the couch while my little angel, Millie Lane, naps I think about where my family will be next April! Tomorrow is the last FIRST College Football game my husband, JC Brignone, will play in. Then what? He has worked so hard and achieved so much in life already that no matter what happens I will be PROUD and so will Millie. But after the season JC will Start to prepare for the NFL Draft! The NFL Draft? I can't believe I am saying that. Life would be so different for us.. But either way, LIFE will be AMAZING because I have the two most special people in my life, my husband and daughter. JC is at football now preparing for their game against Memphis tomorrow. I know he will SHOW out & dominant on the field. I never have a doubt in my mind when he plays. He truly has a SPECIAL talent. I am already anxious to watch him walk down the dawg walk and kiss me and Millie before he walks into the locker room. Then he will walk on to that field and play his heart out for his two special girls. My family will be arriving in town later tonight and we will head to visit JC at the hotel in town. Its such an exciting atomosphere. I can't believe football is already
here. I just can't wait for 6:00 tomorrow night to watch #70 run on to the field at Davis Wade Stadium and hear 50,000 cowbells ringing!!!!!

Even though I wonder where we will be next April, I am living my life for now and enjoying every minute and EVERY memory I will be making with JC, Millie, and my family!

Every one pray that JC has an AMAZING year, and can LIVE his dream come next April. & that he stays injury free and safe on the field.

God Bless and Go Dawgs!!!!
